Call Centre
The Call Centre is a major hub within the company. Essentially, we manage hardware break fix calls within dedicated teams in a fast paced busy environment, whilst maintaining a clear overview of the bigger picture.
The main focus in the Call Centre is effective communication, both with the customer and colleagues. It’s an active “hands on” environment where we are constantly striving to provide high standards of service combined with quick fix levels that exceed our customer’s expectations.
To work in the Call Centre, candidates need to be enthusiastic, display initiative, have good keyboard skills, and possess the ability to learn new systems whilst working to tight deadlines.
