Based at Technology House, the Human Resources department at Phoenix IT Services provides support and advice to the business in achieving its plans for growth, including expertise in the area of TUPE transfers during business transition.
Operationally expertise is provided to support and advise management and employees regarding HR policies and employment practices and procedures. This includes employee relations, family friendly policies, development, and advising on all employment related matters.
For a career in HR, candidates should have HR experience in providing employee relations advice, an understanding of employment law, a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
